PROCESS FOR ORDERING
You can own a hand crafted custom rug to enhance the beauty of your home or business -- completely hassle free!
First Step. Tell us your need, by giving us a phone call, or send us an e-mail. We need to understand your need; so feel free to include measurements, photographs, and your "minds eye vision" in your e-mail. (jpeg's!)
We will work with you from that point to develop a custom design. A deposit of 10 percent per rug is required to begin a custom design -- credited toward the purchase price, of course.
You will receive a color rendering, to scale, including samples of actual materials to be used -- so you will know exact colors, textures, etc., within 7 business days from receipt of deposit. At this point you can make changes, if required; most at no extra charge.
When a design is agreed upon, a deposit of half of the balance of payment is required to finalize the order. In 5 to 8 weeks your rug(s) with pad will be ready for shipment. Shipment will be made upon receipt of balance of payment. Tracking information will be provided.
